Viagra is sold in a form of pills, which are usually blue and shaped in the form of diamonds. Revatio pills are white and round with a film coat. They have “RVT20” on one side of each pill. Pfizer Viagra pills have “Pfizer” name on one side and “VGR 00” engraved on another. In the place of 00 the dose is usually put.

Viagra works by regulating blood flow into the penis using enzymes. Sildenafil inhibits cyclic GMPs of type 5 (specific phosphodies terase). Viagra operates by releasing nitric oxide into penis (directly into the corpus cavernosum). When Viagra starts working, muscles become more relaxed.
